When you purchase the Teamprise Client Suite, a Teamprise license key will be issued via e-mail.
The Teamprise license key is encoded with the number of users specified when the purchase was made. Every user that needs to access the Team Foundation Server using a Teamprise Client will need a valid Teamprise license key; they do not work concurrently. Your Teamprise license key should be used repeatedly for the number of uses allowed.

Listed below are the steps involved when installing your Teamprise license key, categorized by the type of Teamprise Clients:
Explorer Client
When you implement your Teamprise Explorer Client application, a dialog will appear requesting your license key. Once a valid license key has been entered, the OK button will become enabled and you can proceed.
Plug-in for Eclipse
Using the toolbar from within the Eclipse application, select Window - Preferences... - Teamprise - License and enter your Teamprise license key in the license key edit box.
Command Line Client
Use the following command from within the directory that your Teamprise Command Line Client is installed:
tf license -set:LicenseKeyNumber
